
WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?
Chakras are your energy centers. They influence your physical, mental and emotional state. The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel of light”. You can imagine chakras as a kind of energy vortex that sits at different points along the spine up to the crown of the head.
The chakra system works like a map for yourself, helping you to better understand your soul and emotions. So it might be a good idea to take a closer look, or better said: to feel it.
BALANCE YOUR CHAKRAS
When all chakras are in balance, you simply feel good! On a physical, emotional and mental level. But sometimes in life there are blockages and problems that seem insurmountable.
This is about conscious "reprogramming" to free ourselves from old structures and ways of thinking. The chakras can be rebalanced through meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, mantras, essential oils, crystals and gemstones, but also sport, nutrition, etc.
