By placing your order you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. general
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Deviating regulations do not apply. All subsidiary agreements require written confirmation on our part.

2nd order
All prices stated are Euro amounts and include the statutory value added tax. The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Send order" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.WISH CRYSTAL SCHMUCK reserves the right, in particular, not to accept the offer if an item is not available, if you have unjustifiably failed to pay invoices due to previous deliveries, if your credit card check is not successfully completed or if there are other justified doubts about your creditworthiness. A note: the goods shown on the website are handmade and were digitally photographed. They are unique pieces and may have slight deviations between the representation of the goods and reality; such deviations do not constitute a defect of the ordered goods.

You will receive the order confirmation with all specified data by e-mail, which can be printed.

3. delivery and shipping costs

​From a shopping cart of € 25.00 the delivery is free of shipping costs. (Does not apply to resellers, here is flat rate min. € 100).

If the value of goods of "free shipping orders" (from € 25) by the return of less than € 25, the usual shipping costs will be retained.

Delivery will be made by DHL Warenpost or Österreichische Post AG.

The delivery time within Austria and Germany is usually 2 to 5 working days from order.

If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, which also include transport damage, please claim such defects immediately to us. However, failure to make this complaint has no consequences for your legal claims.
 

4. payment

You can pay for the goods either by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), bank transfer, SOFORT transfer, prepayment or PayPal.

Should you be in default with the payment, is WISH CRYSTAL SCHMUCK is entitled to demand reminder fees as well as interest on arrears in the legally permissible amount and, if applicable, additional processing costs.

Once the invoice amount has been reserved on your credit card account, we will process your order within the delivery period.

6. right of withdrawal / right of revocation
The term "right of withdrawal" commonly used in Austria corresponds to the term "right of revocation" commonly used in Germany. For our customers who are consumers, the special provisions of the Consumer Protection Act ( KSchG ) apply. In particular, according to § 5e KSchG, consumers are entitled to withdraw from contracts concluded with us via our website within a period of 14 days, unless one of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal according to § 5f KSchG applies. Resignation consequences
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. This shall not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example.
