Where can I enter my discount code?

After entering your details, there is a field in the checkout window for entering the discount code. Before you proceed to payment, the discount is automatically deducted and displayed for you to check.

Can I use 2 discount codes at the same time?

Unfortunately not, only one discount is possible per order.

Is there shipment tracking?

Of course! We understand that you are curious to know exactly when your jewelry will arrive. You can track your package using your order number from the order confirmation email. Here is the link to the tracking page.

How long does the delivery take?

1-2 working days within Germany (Monday-Saturday)

3-7 working days EU wide (Monday-Saturday)

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within Germany are 3,50€ .

For orders over 59€ we will cover your shipping costs for you!

The shipping costs within the EU are 5.90€ .

For orders over 100€ we will cover your shipping costs for you!

Shipping costs outside Germany and the EU depend on the respective shipping service and are calculated at checkout. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, etc. may apply. These are collected by the respective country when crossing the border and therefore cannot be covered or refunded by us.

Wir versenden alle unsere Bestellungen aus Deutschland. Daher entstehen für Sendungen innerhalb der EU keine Zollgebühren oder Importsteuern. Bitte sei dir jedoch bewusst, dass für Lieferungen außerhalb der EU unterschiedliche Regelungen zu Zollgebühren und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer gelten können. Diese Kosten werden vollständig von den Zollbehörden des Empfangslandes erhoben und müssen von dir getragen werden. Falls du die Annahme eines Pakets verweigerst, fallen die Gebühren trotzdem an und werden von deiner eventuellen Rückerstattung abgezogen.

How does a return work?

1. Please send us an email to hallo@wunschkristall.com (ideally from the email address you used during the ordering process) and report the return to us with your order ID/order number.

2. Pack all items you wish to return in their original packaging into the parcel.

3. Include your delivery note. If you do not have a delivery note, please enclose a piece of paper with your name and order number.

4. Take the package to the post office or the nearest parcel shop and send it to the following address:

Please do not forget to ensure that your parcel is adequately stamped.

We only accept returns for new and unworn pieces of jewelry. If your order is damaged or something is missing, this must be reported in advance by email to hallo@wunschkristall.com . Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

Please note: Jewelry sets can only be returned as a whole. It is not possible to return a single piece of jewelry.


After receiving the unused goods, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used when ordering.

How long can I return jewelry?

You can return the goods up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
